NFT Wallet FAQs

For the best experience use a desktop/laptop with your wallet connected to the Metamask extension via a Chrome Browser. Alternatively you can use the browser in the MetaMask mobile app to redeem your NFT

First download the MetaMask extension via the instructions here if you haven’t done so already. Next import your wallet via the instructions here

Using the MetaMask Mobile app, downloadable here, you can use the app’s browser to access a tokengated product/discount as per the instructions here.

1. Click on the "CLAIM YOUR SKATE DECK HERE!"and a window will pop up
   
2. Click on the Connect your Wallet Button
   
3. Sign in using your wallet and the redeemable NFTs held by that wallet will appear
   
4. Select the NFTs you wish to redeem and click on the “Redeem Tokens” button
   
5. A window from your wallet will pop up asking you to sign in verifying that you wish to redeem the tokens selected
   
6. Enter your contact information and shipping address and pay for shipping in the checkout screen
   
7. You will receive an email confirming your order

Please reach out to web3@jarritos.com or open a ticket here -> https://discord.gg/jarritos  with your wallet address, token id(s), and the date/time of your token redemption. We will be able to send a link to complete your checkout after verifying that you own the wallet used to redeem the token.
